hello!
Congratulations on being accepted as a TCH artist partner!
We're looking forward to working with you and learning more about your art. This page will guide you through the onboarding process outlined below:
1. Submit artist profile questionnaire
2. Upload print files & art descriptions
3. Submit TCH Artist Agreement
4. Upload supplementary content
Artist Profile Questionnaire
The information collected here will be used to craft your artist bio and to create your artist profile page. In some cases, direct quotes may be used for marketing purposes.
Feel free to skip any questions that don’t interest or feel relevant to you.
Upload Print Files & Art Descriptions
The information collected here will be used on your product pages, and will help collectors to connect more deeply with your work. Try to be as thorough and thoughtful as possible, and write in your own voice. Don’t let worries about punctuation and grammar slow you down - nothing will be published without being proofread and spell checked by us!
TCH Artist Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Sara Ceraldi Photography, doing business as "The Collected Horse" ("TCH"), and the Artist, collectively referred to as "the Parties."
By checking the 'I Agree' checkbox and typing their name in the designated field below, the Artist acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The date of submission of the Agreement with the 'I Agree' checkbox checked and the name typed shall be deemed the effective date of this Agreement. This digital affirmation shall be considered legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature for the purposes of this Agreement.
Lifestyle Images
Help collectors connect with your art by sharing process photos, behind-the-scenes or studio images, your equestrian life, or any other content that shows your artistic personality.
Please include:
- One headshot or profile image for use on your artist profile page
- A PNG signature file, if you would like to include your signature on your prints. If you don't have a signature file, you can also upload a photo of your signature written on white paper with black marker.
You're Done!
What's next?
After reviewing your submission, we will send you an outline of our recommended print specifications for final approval.
If you have any questions in the meantime, get in touch.
